Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The Quality Controller will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality assurance measures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Duties

• Conduct regular inspections of products at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols to ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including non-conformities and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, including HACCP methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software is advantageous

Shift pattern & Breaks

• Monday to Friday 1PM till 9PM
• 45 minutes paid break / day
• Overtime available and paid after 40 basic hours / week
