We’re a well-established temporary and permanent recruitment business which has been quietly growing for the past 17 years. The business is led by Charles Pascall, Paul Finney and Adrian Badea. We value the importance of ethical recruitment and strong people relationships, recognising that ‘doing the right thing’ leads to mutual loyalty and low labour turnover.

We work with one of the most experienced Compliance people in the food industry whose most recently roles were as HR Director at Karro Food Group and before that with Cadbury. Our compliance processes meet BRC, ETI and SEDEX audit standards. Unlike other agencies, all our recruiters all have extensive training in employment law, right-to-work checks, modern day slavery and equal opportunities.
We have established two way relationships with our candidates, resulting in them delivering for us, just as we deliver for them. Most of our workers work full-time hours in our clients but others, due to home commitments need flexibility which is great for our clients with irregular work and tight budgets because they only pay for workers when they need them. We balance workers hours with additional work with other local clients, ensuring our workers have the hours they need to meet their needs.
We’re all too-aware of the financial pressures that businesses are under, particularly with the government increases in employment costs coming into effect from April. We’re keen to partner with new clients, and whilst our service provision is our biggest offer, we will also price competitively.
