Job Opportunity: Production Operator – Gutroom Department

**Pay**: £15.12 – £21.30 per hour

**Hours**: 40 – 55 hours per week

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:30

Overview

Hark Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our Gutroom department. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, working with tools and equipment under comprehensive on-site training. Key Responsibilities

– Operate and monitor production machinery to maintain optimal performance.

– Safely and effectively use knives and tools during production processes.

– Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

– Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

– Work collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines.

– Complete assigned tasks promptly to meet daily production goals.

– Report any issues with products to the Line Supervisor immediately.

– Assist in investigations of accidents or near misses when necessary.

Requirements

– Experience using hand tools and power tools (training provided).

– Previous manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).

– Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

– Comfortable working in a warm environment.

– Knowledge of manual handling and awareness of workplace safety.
