Due Diligence Identification Checking – When recruiting we follow good practice approaches to identification, verification and legitimacy of right to work within the UK.

Procedure – We exceed the standards required for GLAA licensing and those of the Association of Labour Providers. We recognise that temporary workers are a particular risk in respect of modern slavery and ensure vigilance through our internal procedures to identify any potential signs of modern slavery and to respond to any such signs.

All HARK colleagues receive awareness training on the signs and risks associated with Modern Slavery and Hidden Labour exploitation and in how to tackle any signs which are identified.
